Many people need support in reaching a relaxed and optimistic mind-set during what can be a very stressful time. Eliminating unnecessary stress is very important when trying to conceive (studies show women with high stress levels often have a harder time getting pregnant), and these session are a way to support you with that. Because saying to someone ‘just try to relax’ simply does not work! You need techniques that support you to do that.
My Fertility Relaxation Sessions are created to help you find some calmness and ease with the turbulent ride of trying to conceive. They are bespoke to you, and we create your rest experience together. I weave together my knowledge and expertise in some or all these techniques:

~ guided relaxation and visualisation

~ self-hypnosis

The aim of these sessions is to give you time and space to really rest, to move stress hormones out of your bloodstream and let you body and find find calmness. You will also learn techniques you can use at home or in any other space (like reproductive clinics) to help you relax.So you can grow your supportive relaxation toolkit to help you navigate your journey trying to conceive.

If you are about to undergo any kind of assisted reproductive treatment (like IVF) then these sessions can of course be tailor specifically to your cycle of treatment.
Booking Fertility Relaxation Sessions
You can book a one-off session or a series of session. They can be in-person or via Zoom.
